The best thing there was spicy pasta salad; pretty sad when you know we're talking about Texas BBQ. The brisket was sliced about 1/16 of an inch and so incredibly dry it was like eating soft jerky. The jalapeño sausage had decent flavor but they somehow managed to make it dry also. The fresh hand cut fries would have been good if they hadn't been insanely salty. And because we are in the south you expect the ranch to be ranch; it tasted like a cup of sour cream with ranch seasoning sprinkled in it. And the fried okra was OFF. The sweet tea was good though. Save yourself the disappointment It's a cafeteria style restaurant but it's hard to decide what you'll be least disappointed with when choosing. The kicker was the pickle and onion bar on the side that looked like it was about to be carried away by the sheer number of gnats flying around the uncovered basins of little extras.
