Great stop! that was a baskin robins that was connected to a dunkin donuts and I am happy with the stop! we had great service, the staff was more than.

I drove over an hour to pick up an ice cream cake that the person said was available, with more in the freezer, only to find out that was completely false. They did not have the cake I requested. The person did not apologize. I was very frustrated. Why would you tell someone that if it wasn't true? I feel like they should reimburse me for the gas and time wasted.

The staff at the restaurant would not allow us to order ice cream from the counter. The manager informed us that we could only order ice cream through the drive-through.

Wonderful stop! This Baskin Robbins connected to a Dunkin' Donuts was a great find. The service was excellent, with staff eager to help and friendly faces. The ice cream was delicious and the interior of the place was clean and modern. It was convenient to stop in and continue on our journey. I only docked a star because it's a chain, but I would definitely stop here again if I had the opportunity!

The customer service at the drive-thru today at 8:55 was terrible. The young lady working there could only say "nope" and did not have a friendly attitude. It seems like they have not yet received any training on how to provide good customer service.
