Bidra med feedbackThe ladies I 've been served by have always been accurate, and super friendly. Sometimes they get busy during lunch rush, but they handle it very well. I had one worker deal with a very frustrating customer who was in front of us, I believe the workers name was 'Brit/Bree '. She definitely went above and beyond for me and the other customer who treated her rudely.
Great customer service. Stopped by for a steak n cheese sandwich, everything was great : service, taste, freshness of veggies. Very nice Subway location
I arrived in bowmanville on a cold Sunday night. My ears were frozen and my knees where weak from the 70km walk. I entered subway and sat down. I though It was a homeless shelter but it was actually a restaurant. I reached into my pockets to see if I had sufficient change for a sanwich. My hand exited my pocket with ¥30 . Hopefully this would be enough. I lifted myself up from my seat with much effort. My knees trembled under my weight, yet i managed to straighten my back and stand tall. I walked to the counter, each step felt like a hurricane upon my body. I was a Buddhist monk, awoken from a 30 year long slumber, walking the height of Mount Everest for only a morsel of food. I fell against the counter but caught myself with my arms against its side. I lifted myself up with great effort. My weak legs, unable to support my weight. I held .myself in place with only my arms. To my dismay, the workers there were nowhere to be seen. I called for them by their assumed names 'where are you ny slaves? '. A man emerged from the back wearing a hair net and a subway shirt. He approached the counter, ignorant of my current predicament. 'Hello can I take your order '? 'Yes ' i replied wearily. 'I will take the 6 inch tuna combo without cheese and not toasted, on white bread ' I replied quickly. The man began the process of sub creation without saying a word. The artist 's hand caressed the meat, slowly and tenderly. His fingers moved between the pieces of fish without effort. He pushed the sanwich toward the condements and awaited me to walk to them. I attempted to walk to the place where I could continue my order. I fell to the ground, breaking my femur. I screamed in agony but still pulled myself up to finish my order. 'I will have pickels ' I said angrily. 'Anything else? ' He replied. 'That is all my boy ' I gasped. The man folded my food into a wrapper and pushed it towards the register where he began to ring up my purchase. I successfully lifted my self to this part of the counter. He passed me a cup and cookies. I passed him my ¥30, grabbed my food, and began to exit. The man said something but i couldn 't hear. To my surprise my legs worked and I was gone.
I drive past, three subways on my way to this one. the employee here TAKES THE TIME and asks me after each topping, that ok? WHEREAS, every other subway just throws it on... Worth the extra drive
Solid customer service with accomodating staff. If there was one thing to improve in this store i would have to say keeping the quality of the veggies fresh
