Wendy's - Bowling Green

Great team work very clean, we visit there at least 2xs a month from Gibsonburg....

The dining area was clean and empty once more. I noticed that light bulbs were stored in the dining area. There were a few mosquitoes near the drink and condiment area, but not many elsewhere. The staff seemed overwhelmed and busy. I'm not sure if they were understaffed, but they were doing their best with what they had.

I absolutely loved their .99 breakfast deal and I couldn't resist getting the maximum of 5 sandwiches each time! They are delicious and much better than McDonald's and Burger King. The biscuits taste homemade and the sausage has great seasoning and flavor.

Food Was good but like everyone else, they need people to work. Service was really slow. People were working as fast as they could but they needed more help.

I visited this restaurant and received my order, but when I returned to work, I realized one of my sandwiches was incorrect. I spoke with a man named Joey over the phone, who was very apologetic and offered to correct the mistake when I returned. The following week, Joey remembered me and the situation, and promptly fixed my order, even providing me with a replacement meal. I observed Joey interacting with other customers, and he was very friendly, respectful, and professional. If he is not already the manager, he certainly should be, as he knows how to treat people with kindness. More individuals like Joey should be working in the fast food industry.
