Starbucks - Bowling Green

Dear Starbucks dropped my drink about a week ago and my friend and daughter drove back and replaced it. I thought that was great. Thank you, whoever you are.

Usually very fast. You seem to get a hurry in a while where you could wait 10-15 minutes. But if you are used to larger city Starbucks locations, 15 minutes is amazing. I waited 35-45 at some locations that AFTER placed a mobile order before the ride to the location. But not these. No problems here. Only good service.

Got the cookie crumble drank and a bacon egg and cheese sandwich. Both delectable. Next time serve it topless and you'll get yourself 5 stars. Cheers

This place is so well connected. You're on orders. Today was apparently red cup day and so they were more busy than usual. I just wanted a routine-SB run. I had to wait a little longer for my drink, but the employees didn't work and were all very friendly while they were reworked. I didn't know it was a red cup day, so I checked with the front counter about my mobile order to make sure it went through (because I wasn't sure about technology lol). The front was so friendly, offered to make my order later when I had to leave or refund myself. I was ready to wait when I knew how hard they all worked. Everyone here deserves an increase. Very impressed by professionalism, positivity and speed. Stop the good work.

The new draft brews are amazing! This is the first time I get two nitro brews. The staff was very friendly and helpful.
