Good customer service but a little slow fixing beverages
Worst Starbucks in BG!! Cups are never full, staff seems so unhappy to be at work. Plus I waited 15 minutes for a mobile order. The only good thing is the food was hot.
The personal is rude at this place and gets my order almost every time wrong when I go, then give them attitude when I ask them to fix it. the dieucks on scottsville rd is so much more friendly and in harmony with drinks there.
Friendly staff, everything always comes right and quite fast. this particular place has long lines.
