Simply Ramen Bg - Bowling Green

My wife and I have eaten here several times. Everything we have tried has been fantastic. The appetizers are great, too. Update: Reducing my rating for the food. My last visit was very disappointing. The food was simply not good. Also, the ramen that we were served was spaghetti noodles not the same and we were given no explanation for the change. I hope this was a fluke, as we really enjoyed eating st this restaurant.

Not my first time coming here but every time I've come they have always been so friendly. Eager to answer any questions about the food. Delicious food and great atmosphere.

In for lunch and wait staff were fantastic. Could not ask for better. The food is the problem. Bland broth no mouth feel to the tonkatsu broth. Maybe they forgot the tonkatsu part. I feel like they forgot the tare as well because the flavor was so lacking. Just bland. The charsu pork was not bad. The marinaded eggs were actually nice. But the noodles are a “no go and will not return” deal breaker. It’s spaghetti. If they are using actual alkaline noodles I’ll eat my shoe. It’s spaghetti pasta. Again wait staff were attentive courteous and eager to serve…. The food was another story.

The food used to be good. My husband and I were both disappointed at the quality this time. They changed the noodles. The flavor was just ok, and the soup was not even hot when we dined in. The seafood ramen even gave my husband diarrhea. Very disappointing.

Dined here tonight with my family and had a great experience. Our server Will was kind, attentive and very helpful with the menu options. We ordered 2 bowls of ramen, (1) Spicy Shoyu (1) Tonkotsu. Wait time for food was maybe 10 min. Both bowls were visually appealing and smelled amazing. All ingredients tasted fresh and were extremely flavorful. We’ll definitely visit again ?
