Panera Bread - Bowling Green

Haven't been in a while. I feel the price was high for the food .

Not much available for the a.m. service. Took awhile just to get a load of bread.

Had a great lunch, everything was perfect, they actually had the bread bowls!!! Service was fast, my friend had never eaten here before and she really liked the food.

Really nice Panera Bread. Tends to have a steady stream of people eating here. I tend to stop here when I go through the area.

The food is pretty good and they usually get my customizations correct. If you go inside to order or pickup, staff are usually polite. It is a different story at the drive thru, where staff are apathetic at best and rude at worst. They always treat me like my presence is a nuisance, and I usually leave in a worse mood than I arrived in. They need to get rid of the drive thru as it takes forever and the staff clearly hate it.
