Jet's Pizza - Bowling Green

This is the second terrible experience in a series. first ordered delivery said 45 min 2 hours later order comes cold and missing parts of the order. this time ordered del was called and told del was not available I have covid, so that is why I ordered del was said that they reimburse del order and tipp I included or come to get. drive to save and cried so that they could fall to my car so that I could not infect anyone and was told that they were refunded full amount instead of despising and tapping. my new sum of 40 and had to pay. now only 70 before the order it was 53 that she reimbursed and will last 3 to 5 days to process so happy had paid 40 bar on me so and went to go, but I checked my order all 4 bites missing. perhaps new large opening, but same bad service. I would love to eat 40 to 100 per order, but never order from here again. they have lost a good customer.

Absolutely delicious pizza, pretty pricey though. If it wasn’t so much more expensive than other pizza places, we’d eat here a lot more often.

Worst pizza I’ve EVER had. If you’re looking for Jet’s Pizza you get around Cincinnati, you’ll be sorely disappointed. The Honey BBQ wings were good.

Ordered ahead for dine in. Sat for 45 minutes past the time we set for our food to be ready. No one here gets in a hurry for anything. Started coming here because we love food but the service is so bad I will not return. Got a simple sorry for the wait. Horrible management.

Our family tried Jet's for the first time yesterday. It was very good and fresh. We loved the Detroit style pizza and the Jet's bread. Friendly staff. They were eager to make recommendations and accommodate.
