Tropical Smoothie Cafe - Bowie

The turn is up here. That means I never see the same person twice. Before the hand, my smoothie was good. Now days it tastes like ice with a hint of peanut butter. I'm done here?

The ordered Uber eats from here. $52 value of meals, and everything she gave to the driver was a smoothie. Tell him everything was fine. I tried to get the rest of my order and they won? Tryed to leave a message, but it was full. What kind of business is that? Thieves!!!!

This location is the WORST and unfortunately it is black owned. I have placed Combo orders twice this month that contain a banana as my site and this place was completely out. This is a menu item, so it should be disclosed if the location does not have the article. Also the female employee who made my Queensadilla put my bag on the counter and went away without saying that they were from bananas. The young man who was on smoothies had to go and find out that they were from bananas from the woman who made the queen, and she reacted with and attitude and said: they have to get chips because we have no bananas?. I'm done with this place and just go to Crofton. If I didn't give stars.

Restaurant is badly managed. My wife and I visited on Saturday and stood in the cash register for about 10 minutes, without anyone knowing our presence. I could clearly see that the place among the employees with two teenagers staff to prepare sandwiches and smoothies. If you press hard to get tropical smoothie cafe than you better drive the extra distance to another place because you get your food faster. The worst part of the experience was that the first words an employee said to my wife, and I was a group message to the 5 people who said we were underoccupied and not able to fulfill your orders for another 15 minutes. My self and 3 others would be cartridges that immediately went out of the restaurant as this level of service is unacceptable. I don't like to give a star rating, but unfortunately if a place of the company deserves it when I have no choice.

Terrible service. I ordered one smoothie inside the store and waited almost 30 minutes to recognize it because the staff gave me order away. When I finally asked and they made my smoothie the quality was extremely poor and was not mixed well. I will not be returning to this location.
