The lady that was working at 540pm on August 4th needs a new job. Maori looking girl. She was rude. Uninviting. Put absolute minimal toppings on (I had to ask for more cheese as there was literally stuff all. After that i gave up) felt like I was being a hassle for even walking in the place. This Subway is on my direct route on foot 5 days a week and thought sweet, I have a little stop at least twice a week to save cooking. Yeah no. After tonight I will not be back. If you don't want to work there and at least smile and give BASIC customer service, then go work in a sewer hole. Management need to sort the mess seeing as so many people walk past daily and I know a few that do... after tonight's experience I shall not be back. Prefer to spend an extra $20 and deal with ubereats. Also seeing another post about this store.. I legit had to grab my own bag to put my sub in as she didn even offer and as soon as my payment went through she just walked off. If you were one of the staff I manage (which is a a few), you wouldn be around. Miserable experience. Fix it.
Ordered a footlong Italian BMT with no spinach, carrots and olives it showed up with spinach same with my meatball melt wrap asked for no spinach and carrots showed up with spinach and bits of the paper that the bacon was wrapped in to put in the microwave your staff really need to follow the instructions of orders properly. I went there the other week before work one night. The girls were not friendly at all, they did not great me and made me feel like i was a burden being there. At the end when I paid she didn't even put the sandwhich in a bag or give me the sandwhich she just left it and walked off to serve another person and didn't even say anything. I had to grab a paper bag myself. Being a nurse and have worked in retail and hospitality these staff need to learn better customer service skills and better communication.
