Bidra med feedbackThe staff are most pleasant and made us extremely welcome. The total for our lunch was 71 euros which I do not consider good value for money as the amount of seafood was rather skimpy , particularly for those with a decent appetite. If you go for lunch arrive early 11h45) as the tables with the 'best view ' are soon taken.
We ran past the many options in the village itself (mostly quite cramped and with just a view of the road and parked cars) before deciding to eat here, which turned out to be a great decision. We arrived just before 1200 on a Wednesday in September and just got the very last table. Shaded deck overlooking the etang. Sharp, efficient service, iced water, bread, condiments brought to the table promptly. Good quality local wine (including Picpoul) €9 for 50cl. Although there are crevettes, escargots (from the etang, a bit different from bulots) available, people come here for the oysters and mussels, in a range of different ways. Order a la carte, and choose good value formulas to sample several items. Great value, too, especially considering the location and the quality of the produce.
Lovely place but get there early as gets busy!! seafood was amazing lovely place to sit and not rushed at all gorgeous views over the beds. fresh from the sea literally !!! go you won't be disappointed. the town is lovely for a walk too with some quiet beautiful beaches.
Idyllic frame at the waterfront. quality of products and service. a nice address from producer to consumer.
For the frame, for the dish at 18€, for the pichet of picpoul, for the casual and efficient service, for the freshness of the products, for the preparation of the dishes. See you soon
