Wendy's - Boutte

They never have any food. I always have to settle on something else. Not one of my favorite places for fast

Went through the drive thru and the manager with the blue shirt taking my order was so rude and unprofessional. She asked me what I wanted to order, proceeded to give my order then she stops me saying I’m doing to much. How am I doing to much when I’m giving you my order. If she was busy she could have said sir please hold on a moment but for you to treat a customer with an attitude because your having an issue is unacceptable. I work in customer service and I have never treaded any of my customer this way. I was so frustrated i told the manager keep your order don’t worry about it I’ll go to Popeyes across the street where they offer top notch customer service, I will never spend another dime at Wendy’s again.

Visited this Wendy’s (Boutte, LA) with several family members, passing through on the way home on the afternoon of Monday 4-1-24 following a return flight from out of state. I had a double stack Biggie bag with nuggets. One had a chicken burger with fries. Another had nuggets and fries. And we all had drinks. Needless, to say by that night we were all experiencing symptoms of food poisoning. Including a couple who also had food from a Popeye’s right across the street. I don’t know if it was solely the food, the drinks, the ice in the drinks, the area had cross contamination in their shared systems, or all of the above, but I don’t advise anyone to go here. I do know none of us shared any food. Today is Thursday 4-4-24 and I’m still getting over that sickening experience. If anyone sees this place, please pass it right on by. Don’t stop!

Had someone stretched out sleeping ? in one of the booths as you enter the restaurant. They were covered with a blanket. Crew members were talking loud about another employee who would not answer his phone ?. When paying they had to use the drive thru register and not the one facing the dining area. Could not see how they processed the payment as I was using a credit ? card.
