Papa John's Holdenhurst - Bournemouth

I have been ordering from this particular Papa John's location for the past 5 years ever since I came here as a student. I have had them make large quantities of pizza for parties, and they always turn out perfect. I have ordered well over 150 pizzas from this branch. They use good quality ingredients, and I appreciate that they offer vegan and low gluten options. The delivery is always fast, especially during busy times. Recently, there was a mistake on the website during payment (which I was told will be fixed), and when I called to place an order over the phone, I forgot to specify that I wanted it vegan. The employee on the phone was extremely helpful and rectified the situation, even sending over a free pizza and ice cream. I am impressed by this level of customer service and will continue to order from this location for years to come. Thank you.

This was the best Papa John's pizza we have ever had. We have tried Papa John's in various locations from Sheffield in the north to Portsmouth in the south, with stops in between in Hertfordshire, Buckinghamshire, and London. The pizza from the Holdenhurst Road location was superior to any we have had before, surpassing even its competitors. It is surprising that some pizzerias struggle with basic quality, but we would highly recommend the Papa John's on Holdenhurst Road.

Very nice guy, I ordered a pizza, but stupid I dropped it on the floor, the guy runs the place that made me another pizza and didn't even invite me the feeling to do sorry. that was very kind in the did, they did not see much generous and real people like so much lm gona give 5star for costumer dressed to this place and a great well done. thanks for my beautiful pizza

I had one of the best pizzas tonight at this restaurant, the staff were very friendly and my pizza came out perfect. The service was excellent from start to finish. I will definitely be returning.
