Nando's Bournemouth Castlepoint

I enjoyed the Fino pitta I ordered at the restaurant. The taste was good and the service was satisfactory. However, I am not convinced that the new pittas they are using are effective. They are too small to accommodate all the fillings evenly, resulting in a lack of flavor in each bite. My pitta felt more like an open sandwich with all the sauces and toppings just piled at the bottom.

We ordered two meals, which took over 50 minutes to arrive. When they finally came, they were cold and the wrap was hard as a rock. We were very disappointed with the service and the staff seemed unaware of the issues. There was no good customer service and no apology given.

I really enjoy the Fino pitta at this restaurant, but I found that the new ones are too small to hold all the fillings properly. It ended up feeling more like an open sandwich with the sauces all squished at the bottom. The taste was still good and the service was fine, but I prefer the old pittas for a better flavor experience with each bite.

This is a great place to eat and drink with friends families and love to enjoy. there are numerous options for chicken menu and some option for vegan options. there is a prospective sauces mild, lemon crimp, moderate, hot, extra hot and black extra hot sauce. there is a large selection of drinks and also desserts. close to there are parking and a few more different restaurants nearby. many thanks and highly recommended. they have a great day
