Five Guys - Bourbonnais

It was too greasy and they didn't get the order right. We had to wait for another order of fries because they took the large order off due to the cashier assuming we would share my small order of fries . So they gave a large order of fries for free. Personally I think 2 people bill here should not be $55 for 2 cheese burgers 1 medium fries 1 large fries and 2 milk shakes that's crazy.

I know that Five Guys is famous for their burgers but I really didn't have a taste for a burger that evening. So, I ordered a hot dog and fries. I can't express how disappointed I was. It was the worst tasting hot dog I've ever had in a restaurant. The fries were decent but OMG that hot dog..... never again!

Food is always great. However, I am currently here at 9:30 on 7/31/21, watching one employee inside working away on our food while we are sitting curbside by the door in our vehicle. Then the other 4 employees come around the corner from the back of the building and begin to take turns riding around on a skateboard while the one employee is in there making food alone. Very unprofessional, I understand it's close to closing time, and I'm sure it's been a long day, but you have multiple orders from at least 3 customers, and your way to best serve them so you can close up shop and the customer to get home is to have 1/5 employees working on food, and the other 4 outback skateboarding? Like I said, love the food, but the lack of effort and professionalism is rather disappointing. Makes me wonder if the food is being prepared properly and safely if they're more concerned with skateboarding in the parking lot.

Burgers have no flavor, for that same price i can go to mcdonald’s and feed my family of 5 for better tasting food or you can spend $80 at 2 guys because the other 3 called off

Always good. The fries are great. Skin on, thicker cut, huge portions. The burgers are good too. A little pricey because it is higher quality. Takes longer than your typical fast food burger because it's made fresh whem you order but worth the 5 or so minute wait.
