Bidra med feedbackWe stopped in for the first time and ate lunch the other day and it was delicious. Freshly made pizza, delicious salad, great service. Reasonable prices as well. Nice little slice of Italy in our backyard.
We got to this place at 7:55 pm. They closed at 8 and the workers would not let us in. I thought if you got in a restaurant before it closes you could still order food. The owner of this location would have probably would have wanted our money as we had a large group
I could live on Neapolitan style pizza and it is awesome that there is a fast foodish type place you can finally get one! This pizza is far superior to the other quick service pizza chains around. I agree with other reviews that the Bountiful location is horrible to try get a pizza at so I don't go here. But the pizza is delicious.
I had lunch here with my sister and she had the PIzza Lemone which we was a surprise and so good! Who woulda thought lemon in pizza . I got the Caprese Pizza which is my go to. The ingredients are fresh and just the right amount of topping the crust is thin and slightly puffy. Serving was perfect. I went again with my kids they got the cheese and pepperoni kids Serving size, they loved it.
I 've had two disastrous experiences at the Bountiful pizzeria Limon. 1.the Menufy App is required to place an order. The app is cumbersome and the employees can 't notify the customers when their pizzas are ready. Last time I ordered I waited for the app to tell me when my pizza was ready. When I finally went in 30 minutes later the pizzas were sitting there cold and given to me. No one offered to heat them no one offered to remake them. 2. It is my understanding there is no phone to take phone orders in the business. This is what the employee I spoke to tonight told me. She told me the employees are frustrated they can 't take phone orders. 3. Tonight I placed an order on the app and went immediately to pick it up. I walked in and there were four employees working. there was not another customer there. I was told they had not received an order. A few minutes into my conversation one of the employees said perhaps it 's this pizza and pulled pizza out of the back of the oven which was completely black and actually smoking. They did make a new one but did not offer anything to compensate for the confusion. 3. I like to give positive feedback or positive criticism so a business can improve. I asked if I could leave my name and number for the owner to call me back so I could give him feedback about the app and the frustration the employees shared with me about the app. The employee said it 's useless to leave your name and number the owner won 't call you back. I asked again if they could just leave a message and she reiterated the owner isn 't interested in calling you back. I live in between the Bountiful and the fourth S. pizzeria Limon. I will not give the Bountiful location my business again given the fact that both times I 've tried to buy pizza there has been a dismal failure. Most concerning is that the owner doesn 't care and he won 't call you back This is no way to run a business and I am sorry for the employees there. I really do like their pizza but I will vote with my dollars
