Service ridiculously slow, staff would rather chat to friends and family than serve. . Food cold. Restaurant needs cleaning

Service was terrible food was. Old and the chicken royal has shrunk and was horrible
Came in to eat today and the queue is out the door as they have only one member of staff on. RIDICULOUS. Mess all over the floor and tables.
