The staff listen to their customers, my request for magret sauce was respected. The magret had a perfect kitchen, purée and vegetables had a lot of flavors and were perfectly married. The foie gras and smoked salmon are delicious! The passion of the profession is felt. Everything is homemade, the kitchen has taste, the staff is hot and all at prices that are not exorbitant for quality. I had a good time and I'll be back! I recommend this new restaurant without hesitation.

Edit: the foam has been fixed, and the magret is excellent Staff super welcoming. Home ravioli (like all their dishes in fact) were very generous and delicious! Mousse choo a little thick but I was promised that it would be improved next time I would come back to test the magret and the famous smoked salmon house

In addition to the impeccable service and the smile of the boss/leader, always to the little ones for his clients (even in the middle of the noon! , it is its communicative love of the good gastronomy that is found in tasty, well calibrated and harmonious dishes, which leads you to push back the door of this wonderful neighbourhood restaurant, smile on the lips. Whether it's nice to find such a table with a very affordable cuisine, at the same time and inventive in its harmonies but without fard or excess (no yuzu-tonka in all dishes... . We're guessing an excellent training under the toque. It doesn't pay mine, but God is good!

I've already had lunch several times and I'll be back. The products are fresh, everything is homemade. The chef gives himself 100% for each dish. Smoked salmon at home is exceptional. The service is always impeccable and the wine list is exceptional. I recommend this restaurant organized by a passionate and motivated team! Go on!

Very nice culinary experience. Restaurant top and very clean. The foie gras and smoked salmon are homemade. Flavor and finesse are at the rendezvous. The passion of the profession is felt in the chef's dishes. Everything was very good! We're going to come back.
