The Parkway Cafe - Boulder

Cozy place with good food. Can fill up with a crowd pretty quickly so get there early on a weekend morning.

Great breakfast spot. There was no line when we got there on a Saturday morning (rare for Boulder) and the staff was super friendly and attentive. Food was awesome and loved the mix of classic breakfasts and Mexican options. Pancakes were HUGE and really tasty. Breakfast enchiladas were well worth it and we will be back to try more.

This was one of my favorite breakfast spots for years, just had not stopped by in a while. But the food was fabulous like years ago.

Good food. Friendly service. Good prices. Parking not great. Good choice!
