IL Pastaio - Boulder

Every meal is delicious! I’ve tasted four entrees the shrimp, mushrooms and pappardelle is my favorite! The gazpacho’s out of this world. Just wish they had a dollop of sour cream on it lol

I’m glad I found this spot while in the area to drop my son off to college. The food was delicious and the ladies that worked there are the absolute sweetest.

If you like fresh “homemade” Italian. Reservations highly recommended. Limited seating. Not open on weekends.

This is a great place for Italian food. Cooked perfectly, great price. I went for lunch a couple weeks ago and it's more buffet style. They make fresh pasta and sell it for a great price as well really great for pick up. Cute atmosphere and very friendly staff.

Il Pastaio is hands down the best Italian restaurant in town. Their Chicken Francese, Chicken Parmigiana, sautéed mushrooms, homemade pasta/ravioli and sauces (especially aurora) are all top-notch and are giving some of my favorite places in NYC a run for their money. Every dish we've tried here has been outstanding. It’s a small, family-owned restaurant where you can tell how much love they put into it and that’s exactly what makes a restaurant like this so amazing! Everyone is always extremely friendly and that’s just the cherry on top.
