Backcountry Pizza Tap House - Boulder

Had lunch there with my wife and 2 dogs on 7/30. Delightful location with ample free parking, great tap list and awesome food menu. I had one of the best Rubins in the west and shared a salad made up of fresh, local produce. Highly recommended!!!!

Absolutely the best slice of pizza I?ve had in Colorado, and at a great value for just how much you get. Even the crust is insane on its own, I don?t know how they do it. Staff was really nice and provided fast service. The building itself has greatatmosphere and is a really nice place to be. And as a final little note, they even have good selection of music on the radio

Made reservations with OpenTable, showed up and the place was completely closed. No sign at the door that indicates why, nothing seen on social media. Had to call to hear a message that they were closed due to a plumber problem. Good food and ambience, but that was a disappointing situation.

Wait for our food for an hour and grabbed the host who told us our server who never put our order in the kitchen. We left. The host was very nice and apologetic. Hot mess.

The food was good. Political, fast. Nothing nice, but a nice night out!
