Panda Express - Boulder City

Everything was fresh and made to order through the drive thru. Angus beef is really good

It was slow and 0 customers when I got there. The questions of the lady, would you like to try our black Angus steak today? I said yes, then add to orange chicken and Chowmein. I'm coming home to my wife and it's just orange chicken and a little Chowmein. For a product I didn't get, they charged me an extra of 1.25. I have all the evidence. I don't want anything free. I just want these people to clean up actions there. It looked honest as if there was a district manager. There was a Prius out there with logo. I'm upset, there were legit 0 customers, how to screw up my order and charge me extra.

We always visit this Panda Express when we're in town. Honestly, I feel better than the Panda here in Southern CA!

Update: Was served with white rice broccoli beef tonight and the broccoli had a strange taste. I called the store twice, but nobody answered. I want to avoid this duck now. Rare failure with Panda. You? Maybe they had a night tonight?

I have been to this location before. It is very clean. And staff is good. On this trip the food was not very hot and some bites were stone cold. I did not say anything as I'm sure they would make new. I would not hold it against them this time.
