Home? Nice and friendly Environment? Warm, Meal? The happiness of eating good things, feasting unreservedly. Good wine, a (very) good Armagnac to finish, and we ask a friend (sobre) to drive the car. When we return, we have a great memory. Anyway, a good address.
The place is rural, located in the middle of the fields of but. The dining rooms conform to the style that can be imagined when talking about 'inn', without particular decoration but with some harmony as to furniture. Throughout this dejeuner that I took the service alone was very attentive. The menu composed in its set of bistro type dishes is reducted without great culinary research from the chef. 5 entries, 5 dishes, as to the desserts the choice is more important but than the banality that can be found in any restaurant. The average ticket, without drink, is in the order of 35 to 40 Euros/ pers. which is reasonable in the sight of the place but may not be what you have in the plate. As input I choose a Landais salad , it's also , conforming to what can be expected , times fat , magret confit ....etc . Only bored green leaves are drowned in vinegar, it burns all taste buds Main dish, calf rice, at the time of order I am looking to know what the preparation is. The bosses complicate themselves is not able to tell me that the rice are jumped into their juice with a background. The portion is copyy, but the accompaniment of this dish is not in harmony. Ratatouille or fries! It is not very difficult to make a white rice, or a soft polenta that are the classical accompaniment, for the fries we go to Mc. Donald or to the Entrecote. I didn't take dessert. The glass of wine is served without the bottle present you Conclusion: ratio qualite correct price, but really nothing exceptional, no search.
