We often order from this place and love the pizza but today the experience was ruined. I ordered a simple pizza on the phone and was declared ready in 20 minutes. I came there 45 minutes later and they didn't even make it. It was clear that they forget about my order because the girl looked confused like the pizza I picked up, but played it well as pretending she did. 10 minutes later she asked me what I wanted on the pizza! It's almost an hour later and it's not done yet. When I asked her what happened and told her I ordered it an hour ago, the girl replied, I know. After the chicken is cooked from frozen, so it takes a long time. We order it at least once a week and it usually takes 15 20 minutes, so I know that it does not take so long and they did not want to admit that the forget about my order!!! One hour and 20 minutes later I got my pizza and was too late for my meeting! You have just your once / twice a week customer who raved about you
