Excellent food . They are very attentive to your needs and they are very polite. Lots is room. Enjoy a drink in the afternoon. Very popular restaurant in Boucherville. All kinds of people go to Novello.

I have no complaints about this place. Everything from the food to the drinks was excellent! The atmosphere was lovely, with a beautiful and trendy covered setting.

On a quiet Monday night at an early hour, we were warmly greeted and a table was quickly set up for our small group of 6. This restaurant has a chic, modern design with regularly updated furnishings. Our meals were served promptly and the kids in our group were provided with activities to keep them entertained. We are regulars at this restaurant and are never disappointed. The service is consistently excellent and the food is top-notch, although on the pricier side. Overall, it is a fantastic dining establishment and our go-to choice in Boucherville. We have never been let down here.

I used to frequent this restaurant every 3 months with a friend and always enjoyed it. However, during my last visit, everything had changed and the service was terrible. The waiter accidentally spilled water on our table and never returned to clean it up. When it came time to pay, the waiter was too preoccupied with a group of girls to bring us the bill. I left my card on the table to indicate that I was ready to settle the bill, but he failed to return for quite some time. After waiting for 35 minutes, I had to go to the bar myself to inform the bartender that I wanted to pay in hopes that someone would locate the waiter. It seemed like the waiter didn't even care that his service was of poor quality.

Atmosphere is upscale yet, so down to earth. Food is amazing and the staff are very attentive and never leave you looking to them for something you need- they will think of it already. Great place for family as well. They cater to all and...for business event- they are extremely accommodating if you give them enough time to organize. Definitely a place to check out if planning dinner in the South Shore.
