Thornton S Boston Breakfast Lunch

They actually make real breakfast not readymade stuff! We were looking for some good breakfast place where they make real omelette and sandwiches and we loved it here! The server was super friendly and helpful and attentive, got us the coffees etcand help us with the ordering, it?s not very fancy looking place but I love the food and service and prices were very reasonablealso! Plenty of seating and the service is very fast! I highly recommend this place if you want good breakfast!!

The experience at Thornton was excellent! Excellent service, mouthwatering food, affordable rates, and a lovely setting! I ordered the traditional Eggs Benedict and thoroughly enjoyed it. My friends' omelet, pancakes, and crepes all were great too.Naturally, our server was quite pleasant and always topped off our water and coffee when it was nearly empty. I wouldunquestionably recommend this location to anyone in the neighborhood. You can choose to sit inside or outside. Even though wewere inside, the front was an open breezeway. The price for the treat is ideal when it's outside of hotel concentrations. Anyoneseeking a fantastic breakfast restaurant should check out Thornton's!You won't be let down!

The title says restaurant but it?s really a diner. A simply fantastic diner. Service is swift and friendly. I like that payment takes place at the table too so you never lose sight of your card! I?ve dined here several times while visiting my daughter andit?s never disappointed. They?re happy to substitute for those with food intolerances with no up charge. Why can?t otherrestaurants be this way? I love eggs Benedict. And a section of the menu is dedicated to several variations of this classic.Over a weekend I enjoyed Irish eggs Benny which substituted corned beef hash for the Canadian bacon and it was wonderful. Atthis place count on your eggs being poached perfectly every time! (Sorry no pic of this. My urge to savor overpowered my memoryto snap a pic) Day 2 I went with the green eggs Benny. No meat and fresh avocado instead of bread. Also wonderful. My wifethoroughly enjoyed their French toast. Plenty of seating. Free coffee refills and clean bathrooms.

Came across this place looking for a good brunch spot in Boston and was not disappointed! I got the steak and cheese sandwich and some apple stuffed French toast. Both were incredible and I unfortunately didn?t get a chance to take a photo of thesandwich because I ate it too fast

Food was very tasty. The stuffed French toast with ???? is amazing. The eggs Benedict either turkey or salmon was good as well. I just preferred the egg to be ????. I wouldn't recommend the clam chowder, which they took off the bill. Great hospitality,thanks to the staff. The only negative I would say, is our waiter an older gentleman) gave me the bill just after we receivedour food, which was a wait. Granted, the place was busy. However, I didn't like having the bill put next to my food as mygirlfriend and I just began to eat. Otherwise that, I would recommend.
