Ate at bar, great food and drinks, great waitstaff, nice ambiance and atmosphere

Great spot inside the hotel for a night cap or before dinner drink (or to hang out). Bartenders were attentive.

RumBa is highly dependent on what bartenders are working. We initially sat down with David, who poured us two rum flights. We asked about the rums we were tasting. He pointed at the menu and told us to read it. Great, thanks. No passion, no conversation, just slinging drinks from that guy. We talked about leaving. I can get that kind of service for less in a lot of other places. Then Vee showed up. Vee is super passionate about rum, rum drinks, and educating you about it all. By the end of the night, we were all ordering 'ideas ' like 'I want something rum, no fruit, and not sweet ' and he 'd make a drink that even we had never heard of. We chatted with him about the types and brands of rum and he is a wealth of knowledge. Vee really turned RumBa from just another place with a bunch of rum on the shelves into a full fledged rum-cation. Amazing night!
