Bidra med feedbackGood, but icy in the restaurant. No coffee or cappuccino. Sad, but true. Italian food was good, not great.
While the twisted classic cocktails were fantastic, the custom cocktail I got was incredible. I asked the bartender to handle something to couple well with my lobster ravioli, and they made an incredible mezcal paloma inspired drink that was perfectly sour and smokey. This quiet and incomprehensible joint is perfect for a date night, a solo dinner or a small group. Would highly recommended for a good time!
It was previously shown NO BIG DEAL, they kicked us out while waiting on our table $40 per person cancellation fee and refused to make our reservation for who knows what reason. We're over 30 minutes away. Most of the staff is great, but this curly waitress/hostess seems to run the show, thinks she can pay customers last time treat I was there my bill was $400 with respect after I am in 20 degrees weather with a reservation and obviously cancel spot for no reason. we agreed to go outside of JUST to get our reservations canceled once out and said to find other restaurants. She immediately gave away our reservation... AWFUL Server and not for the overall experience or cause or the fun and various bar they promote. I highly recommend going to ANYWHERE, who takes care of the opinion of the customers and obviously does not!
Came into town and had dinners and drinks in Parla to celebrate my friends bday and my bday as a few weeks away, and it wasn't disappointed! Food baked Brussels with lemon sauce (5/5 Seared Octopus with potatoes and Arugula (4/5 Ricotta Fritters with balm glaze (3/5 Garlic Spinat mezzelune ravioli (4/5) The only dish I could have done without was the Ricotta butter, I just felt like it was very doughy and chewing and was anticipating brighter and fluffier cheesy vibes. Otherwise my friend and I loved all the dishes. Drink the highlight was 100% drinks here and we all went out. My friend had 4 of the Dungeon Master drinks and I had 3 and how fate we rolled drinks that fit perfectly with our vibes. From my drinks, the most unique was spicy **** that was SO HOT (and I am a Louisiana/Texas girl. I forget the actual details, but it was like a jalapeño infused whisky, with bitters and honey. All right! The next drink I got was the Dutch Martini, and I was hoping for it! There are pirate vibes, and I think it is named after the flying Dutchman, because you have a small octopus tentacle with a tiny hand (see photo). My favorite drinks were the last (because of the science that was a pistachios, spirited tropics, drink. Very good, but I definitely prefer a dry/few sweet drink. Someone became a Dungeon master (completely all 20 drinks! while we eat dinner and they had a nice announcement for them and speech. They said it took five years, that is honestly a witness to this place that they love, coming 5 years later. There was a nice couple next to us that was on a date and asked us what we had rolled, so we started chatting with them and comparing drinks. At some point we have rooted each other when we rolled the nozzle to see what we got next, what the experience is more fun! Waitress Sheila (p? what AMAZING. We rolled the dice 7 times and she knew every single drink like the back of her hand. When it was time to guess on some flavors, she was so funny with her hints and encouragement and then had the actual recipe for perfection. I was only in awe, because this is 20 extra drinks with very interesting recipes in addition to their extensive beverage card. She also shared our ravioli entree for us, which was very thoughtful. She brought us two little birthday dishes that were so sweet! We loved chatting with her and highly recommended. All in all, this is a perfect place for occasions, a casual night with friends or a first date. It has good food, great drinks and entertainment-- what else could you ever want?!?
On the quest to becoming a dungeon master!Parla's cocktail adventure consists of 20 mystery drinks. Drinks that you won't know until you try them. Some may have roses. Some may have hands and feet... some may even have tentacles!Ambiance is very intimate and all the waiters and waitresses have been sweethearts. Once you've gotten all 20 drinks, you'll be declared a dungeon master! The rules are:Whatever number you roll on you must drink. (Allergies are an exception and drinks can be modified prior getting the drink)If you roll the same number three times. You must get the same drink. The first 2 times roll the same number you can reroll and hopefully hit a new one. Luckily I rolled 4 different numbers on my first night!_____________________________Day 1: Sinful Simba, Connor O' Hurst, Dutch Martini, and the Sachi or Suchie o Rose (I was plastered by then) also got a birthday shot for the lovely birthday boy!_____________________________Day 2: Cloud 9 and HotchataI almost folded on the Hotchata, it had chocolate liqueur, creme de menthe, habanero infused vodka, and mezcal. It tasted like playdough! ____________________________
