Lola Burger - Boston

This was the single-handedly worst customer experience I’ve had at a restaurant. My family and I initially went in asking for a table for an overall group of 8. After being told it was highly unlikely we would get a table, we politely left. The other part of our party decided to go and ask, and to our shock they immediately were given a spot to sit. After joining up, we collectively chose to ask about the overall situation, and we were met with no apologies. The simple concept of owning up for the lack of equal treatment of a female vs male was jaw dropping to us. We then were given mediocre food and decided to walk out. Manager refused to give his boss’s number too. Very unpleasant experience.

The nachos with shredded steak was good and I wasn't expecting to get such a large tray. The brie and shroom burger tasted good, but it was so greasy that it fell apart the moment I took a bite.It's not a super memorable place so I wouldn't be inclined to come back again unless the surrounding restaurants had a giant wait list.Vegetarian options: There is a veggie burger option on the menu.Parking: You have the option of circling around seaport to find free parking after 8 pm on a Friday night or just pay $25-38 for garage parking.

Food was meh. Service was slow. The wait staff was lovely and friendly but clearly the kitchen was struggling because some of the food arrived cold. It felt like an overpriced Shake Shack but the food wasn’t as good :

If you're craving a juicy burger, you won't be disappointed with this restaurant! The burgers are fresh, flavorful, and cooked to perfection. The staff is friendly and the service is quick. The atmosphere is laid-back and perfect for a casual meal with friends. Highly recommend!

The atmosphere was great. Great energy from the staff! Friendly good service. Clean restaurant. Good music playing as well. For appetizers we got the nachos and added shaved steak and fried pickles. The nachos looked awesome, they were good, but not the greatest, wouldn’t get them again. The fried pickles were really good when they came out hot, and the sauce was really good as well, they were a bit greasy though would probably order them again. Then we got two burgers one with fries and one with side salad. The burgers were okay, nothing to rave about, they were not juicy. The fried were Great! And the side salad was amazing so many toppings it came with!Kid-friendliness: There were a few kids in the restaurant when I went for lunch Saturday afternoon. They were fine, the music is in so you can’t really tell there are kids there at all!
