Kings Dining Entertainment Boston Seaport

We had a great night, but my wallet was stolen by our table on the track. quite beaten that someone would do that especially in a facility like kings. not sure whether it was personal or someone else, but it shows them the kind of person that goes there.

Eating and drinks are decent for the seaport and bowling is super fun. the dine to do, then the bowl reservation was a little confusing on the phone, there were some miscommunications, and the service was a little slow at dinner. but pub eating is great. drink service in the gasses and arcade was excellent. great Friday evening with friends.

For a place that is constantly busy at the weekend, they would think that service and management would be a lot better. After check-in for our reservation, we asked the host to add us to the waiting list for bowling. they said energetically safe and that we were all set, but after an hour waiting for our table we realized that we were not on every bowling ward list. After we complained and asked another host to get us into the bowling ward list, we were finally added and a bit piled since we were an hour at king’s. when we finally told each other our tracks and that our bowling shoes would be ready for us on the track when we were over. to no surprise was our track not set up and no bowling shoes were for my party of 7. the waiter then begins to ask us and ask if we were in the wrong lane. finally 35 minutes later we got our bowling shows so we could start. he came by and told us he was sad and said we were 25% of our bill. once we did our bill in the did it was $25 off not 25% (big difference). Although we have made the best of the night and had a good time to celebrate the birthday of my friend, we were disappointed by our service and how king’s seaport was managed. Unfortunately, the night created some headaches when we just tried to enjoy us. even though our waiter in the track 2 ended to make it and be brilliant!

Plan to spend an evening with friends, but not as expected

Way too long of a wait. Not worth it. We waited 3 hours after being put on the list and eating our meal just to bowl.
