Forcella - Boston

Great location, friendly staff. Menu looked promising. Started with fresh mozz app which we enjoyed. Octopus app was the small frozen whole octopus swimming in bland red sauce. I expected fresh tentacle pieces dressed lightly. Tasted fishy w rubbery texture. Polenta was grainy and unappealing. Shrimp scampi main was bland. Disappointing as we were really looking forward to a classic Italian dinner in Boston.

Great meal and location. We will definitely be back!

Management was very accommodating and welcoming. Atmosphere was fantastic. Highly recommend sitting outside. Food was great, too!

Fabulous. The waiter's recommendations were perfect. Enjoyed every minute. We were walking the freedom trail and got caught in many drizzle events so we didn't look our best. They were not snobby about it at all. Only change is that next time I will be showered and dressed better to reflect the service and food. Delightful dinner can't wait to eat there again.

The food was outstanding. The staff was very accommodating and the atmosphere was splendid. It is one of my all time favorite restaurants in Boston.
