Clover Food Lab - Boston

The food is amazing! Awful customer service though.. I ordered my food in advance to pick it up via mobile app. The app said it was ready. So I went to pick it up. I had to wait 10 more minutes. The food wasn’t even ready yet. I get there was a rush. But maybe be more organized with the orders. I also overheard the staff talking negatively about me too. I heard one worker saying he thought he was “going to lose it!” I felt very unsafe and uncomfortable. It felt like something simple as picking up my food was going to turn into a nasty confrontation. I thought this was going to be a good experience. Sadly, I was extremely disappointed.

Ordered chicken pea fritter plate the fritter was soooo overcooked it almost chipped a tooth! Incredibly disappointing delivery was from Longwood location Brookline is better tho I probably won't order again rather go with Rami's.

My girlfriend has an severe almond allergy and bought something from here that wasn’t supposed to have almonds (did not say it contained nuts). She ended up having an allergic reaction. I would avoid this clover if u have allergies, they seem to struggle with cross contamination.

Great food, but workday lunchtime fulfillment of orders can be slow. I highly recommend ordering in advance from the app

First visit. Wasn't expecting Blue Oyster Mushroom to be fried. Chick peas fritter was very good. Excellent coffee. Will visit again.
