Burger King - Bossier City

Place is horrible. The lady taking my order very rude, and my daughter icee was half full and when asked if it could be filled up she was rude. If you dont like your job find one you don't like. I have tried calling the store and seems to me that they have it off the hook because the horrible service is getting complaints. Will be calling head office

They were rude, fries and burger meat was old. Took for ever to get food and after u asked for more sauces and said I was willing to pay for them I wasn't given what I asked for and had to go back to get what was asked and paid for. Won't be going back this is the second time I have had service like this.

Placed an order on the app and the only thing right was the fries... 6 burgers all messed up... I paid extra for cheese... Got no cheese... Ordered no onions got onions... Extra lettuce got almost none... Completely unacceptable... on any of them.... That is a lot of cheese to be missing... Very angry won't be back Photo is how all 6 looked

The staff here is very rude. Don't you all know that the kitchen team is what really makes Burger King? If they are unfriendly and unpleasant, I'm sure the food reflects that too.

The person who took our order at the drive-thru was excellent, and the food was really good—no complaints at all!
