Subway - Boscobel

The food is great. Some of the staff are decent. The owner is terrible at running her operations, I have order using the online app. It will double charge you and take out both charges, and the owner does NOTHING. I have called her and texted her with no avail. Her employees say they see the mistake it matches the store id and that it took out the double charges. The employees have called the owner and she still won't do anything. Please be aware of when using the online app for subway in boscobel. The owner is a thief and won't make it right! I will be traveling to fennimore to use their subway from now on.

I don't see the owner posting any response at all..so that means they dont care at all...I called and asked how many slices of meat and cheese on the Beast #30...they did no know at all.... Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

The one guy makes the subs really sloppy. He is shorter, dark hair, and darker skin. Also, in the steak and cheese there was something hard in it. It grossed us out.
