We were happy to discover vegan fools on Friday borrego springs farmers market. we tried the spicy and roasted garlic and green molecular sweet. both were excellent and damped in the microwave exactly after the directions. what a great foundation in considering the challenges of eating vegan in borrego springs.

This restaurant has a great selection of delicious dishes and the vendors are very friendly. Don't forget to try it with salsa! They also offer frozen items that you can take home.

We were delighted to find vegan tamales at the Friday Borrego Springs Farmers Market. We sampled the Spicy Mushroom, Roasted Garlic, and Green Mole Vegetables flavors, both of which were outstanding. They cooked perfectly in the microwave following the instructions provided. It was a wonderful discovery, especially considering the limited options for vegan dining in Borrego Springs.

Fantastic selection, incredibly delicious, accommodating staff. Don't forget to bring your own salsa! They also have frozen options available for takeout.
