They say that BURGERS ARE BETTER , what a joke!!!! I bought a whopper and it had 2 slices of tomato and 2 slices of pickle and some lettuce thrown in! And all on one side. What a letdown. An absolute disgrace from a company that says their burgers are better. SHAME ON YOU HUNGRY JACKS!

This fast food chain from Australia offers burgers served in a Down Under style. While popular, the food is not exceptional and is better suited for takeout orders.

To start, the restroom facilities were extremely dirty and unusable. The staff were aware of the issue, as one recommended using the female/unisex restroom. Our fries were served cold and stale, and we never received our drinks; when we asked, they were only halfway filled. To top off our disappointing visit, the Whopper I ordered with extra pickles arrived without any pickles. Instead of replacing the burger, they simply added pickles to the already lukewarm burger. It's fast food, so it shouldn't be that difficult to get right. People's expectations may be low, but we at least expect to receive what we paid for!

Great value, tasty food in a convenient location near the eastern freeway. The quality of the food is consistently good and definitely one of the better options around.

Great place to rop in for a burger and chips, not much parking, but spots are decent sized for your tank. Just left of the petrol station, so you can neck the tank if need be also. Always friendly staff.
