Denny's Inn - Boroondara

Sadly, I must announce that Denny's Inn has permanently closed. There was no announcement or note on the door to inform their loyal customers of the closure, which is disappointing. This restaurant consistently served delicious food with a friendly staff. The buffet menu was particularly outstanding and will be dearly missed.

This is one of those local gems. Even when the restaurant is really busy, you are never left waiting. Food has always been great, and I admire how they are able to keep up with the service no matter how busy it is. The Siamese Pork is something to try. Nice change from sweet and Sour Pork.

They had lovely service there. The food is amazing, my partner and I got sweet and sour pork as well as chilli beef and we loved every bite of it! It was very cheap and very convenient as we were staying at the beau monde international.

We have dined at Dennys Inn countless times over the past several years and have always enjoyed delicious food and excellent service. Even after the change from Malacca to Dennys, the only noticeable difference was the updated decor and new chairs. We have consistently opted for the banquet option, as it offers great value and a wide variety of freshly cooked dishes. The flexibility to order as much or as little as we want for a low price is a major plus. Overall, Dennys Inn is a fantastic choice for those looking for a break from cooking, welcoming service, and fresh food in a laid-back setting.

Denny's is a cozy, neighborhood family restaurant that is perfect for dining in or getting takeout. The food is tasty and of good quality - nothing fancy, just simple Chinese/Vietnamese dishes at very affordable prices. When dining in, the staff takes good care of you and ensures you have a pleasant experience.
