Umami Ramen - Bordeaux

The restaurant, especially in the background, is very pleasant and the dishes are very good. The atmosphere could be perfect with the translucent walls in the paper way of the rice, but it lacks the Asian spirit and the feeling made more canteen than the Asian quiescence. It's always a good address.

The ramens are really great. To have eaten elsewhere, I find their true divine broth. I didn't leave a drop! To feel immersed, you must absolutely eat inside to enjoy the decoration and the very japonizing atmosphere.

The place is beautiful, clean. The room inside has a nice effect of sitting on the floor. So the dishes are very good. The one I took was a little too salty, but it went well the ramennns too good

I enjoyed the lunch I took here. . . gyoza and katsu curry ramen that were pretty authentic and very tasty. The staff was efficient and friendly, and the place where the restaurant is full of life and offers a pleasant culinary experience. I found it a little expensive for what you get, but as it is in the center of Bordeaux, it must be planned. If you like ramen and Japanese cuisine, it is really recommended.

Savorous hit! Spicy! Quick service! The decor is really great! Try the typical Japanese room at the bottom of the restaurant next time!
