Bidra med feedbackWe had a good time in Solena. The kitchen is refined, the tastes are wonderful and the kitchen is mastered. A special mention for sauces and juice, very well. Congratulations to the chief and his brigade and to the team in the room who makes an excellent work of explanations and pedagogy at each new dish. The atmosphere is simple and sober (not too thin! and warm decoration (we even have a glimpse of the kitchen through the glass. I highly recommend this address.
It is fine, balanced, delicate, subtle, delicious. Superlatives are missing. Everything was very good and the best service. Special mention to the pistachio calf and ice with olive oil. The menus were taken with the wine agreement and finishing on a banyuls and the black chocolate cassis is excellent!
Unbelievable! My best taste experience to date! Everything is delicious, perfectly controlled and perfectly seasoned. The pair of wine is of great precision. The service is also impeccable, the servers are hot and very funny, a real pleasure! A special mention for the best foccacia and the best olive oil in the world! Thank you very much to the whole team, you deserve a permanent ovation!
A true gustative journey: out of work, eyes scintillate and taste buds ignite. Heartburn for one of the entries: truite marinated with citrus on its bed of singers and foie gras and for one of the dishes of royal dorade with its verju.... An irreproachable service with meals served at good pace. Very nice experience Congratulations to the chef, his young brigade and the 2 waiters who all carry you in poetry to each presentation of the sea and wine agreements.
A very nice address, a very pleasant lunch. A lot of research and flavors in the plate. Careful service.
