Potato Head - Bordeaux

This restaurant is closed for refurbishment. Looks like they are working on it know but no sign of it opening soon.

Very nice dinner in a nice setting, but it was a bit cold (there was no heater). The food and wine were delicious. A pity that the lady of the house was sometimes inaudible, she spoke very silent.

Highly recommend. Casual dining with fine food. Original menu, waiter was wonderful and spoke great English taking us through a unique and creative menu. Food was excellent as was the wine. Cool place and felt totally at ease to soak up true French cooking. Would go back in order to try every dish offered.

This was a fun restaurant to visit. We are vegetarians, and essentially we got all of the vegetables on the menu. It was tasty, but a vegetarian meal is not just all vegetables. It was not composed, and also included rice, potatoes, lentils, .... So, not a great meal, though each individual thing was good.

We visited for a late lunch. We found the dishes sophisticated in presentation and delicious. I had the creme of hazelnut and chorizo soup as an entree. As my main, I had the bone in chicken dish. My friends each had their burger, which they found to be very delicious. For only one individual doing the service, it still moved at a wonderful pace and was friendly. I highly recommend this to anyone visiting Bordeaux.
