The cooks are talented, and the food is obviously) very good. A sommelier will take care of the choice of wines. It was a real pleasure to listen to all these professionals. I recommend this restaurant to everyone in love with good food.
Very good food. The dishes are very well presented and also by the staff who bring it. Unfortunately we would have wanted to take the pork coast and we were told that it was not available for 2 people and otherwise it would have had to pay a third part. It is really a shame not to adapt this dish to any request so that everyone who wishes it can enjoy it. The little attention for my spouse’s birthday was very pleasant. We greatly appreciated the proposal made by the party menu, and to say that on the plate the promise is kept. The entries were simply delicious. By the way and first in Bordeaux, I find the restaurant a little hidden not too visible. We went in front of him twice without seeing him. Otherwise the meal is delicious and with taste and character. The team is very competent and at our service. I recommend.

Everything begins with the arrival at the table, in front of the kitchens, to discover a brigade in the midst of fire, to admire their talents. We must admit that the frame is pretty amazing, a large tablized in a magnificent vaulted cellar, the atmosphere is warm, and the perfumes that come to us open our appetite. Then there is the meeting with the other guests, with whom we will naturally build links to share together this meal, this moment so much expected by all. The ballet starts, and each dish starts with a culinary show, each dish is a real work of goldsmith, a discovery, an explosion of flavors highlighted by a wine deal that extends the pleasure. These are seven services of pure enjoyment, and the kitchen always has the delicacy to prepare a dish except if tastes do not agree with the proposed product, so that no one is injured. The highlight of the show is obviously the arrival of the chef, which we had the chance to see working on a dish, and which reserved us a moment of sharing in simplicity, an amazing accessibility, far from any idea of show business. It must be said that he propels an incredible team in front of the stage, both in the kitchen and in the service, which is absolutely irreproachable. As the leader told us, the main thing is to spend an unforgettable moment, and well it's an evening we're not ready to forget. Thank you.
