Chez Mimi - Bordeaux

Friendly atmosphere and Italian dishes of high quality. to be discovered. starters are excellent, followed by fusilli with wing melted and cream are our favorite plates. at the end was a straciatella dessert perfect. highly recommended ... with reasonable trips. limited choice of high standards Italian. French wee are also divine values, but with modestness to appreciate.

Those of you who read my reviews know that we love this place. the owner is a special person, vito the main chef the pizza is fantastic and the staff is always very pleasant. So we were there twice since the lock rules are on the list. every time we eat on its street side terrace' very pleasantly trust me, the best pizza in bordeaux. with friend the other eve, a caprice salad, followed by a melon salad with parma ham and finally several pizzas. wonderfully take the time to find this place when they visit bordeaux.

Loves this place and the personal. excellent pizza. vito and francesco are both really good pizza cakes. vincent the owner works the back kitchen and creates some really great meals except pizza. always busy.

Comfortable, casual, friendly, excellent menu and not too expensive. the entries are fantastic. very large parts, but, so be warned....big enough to share. we've ever had one. that could have been and should have been dinner. we were smart enough to share a pizza! the antipasti. are made with high quality ingredients. it's about the crust when it comes to pizzas and the crust was perfect. there are both Italian and French weine, a different choice than many places, a few real snacks. beautiful selection at desserts, even if they are in the position and have planned accordingly. there is really much to eat! our server was a pleasure...funny, helpful, gave good advice, energetic, upbeat and professional. it was a pleasure to meet them!

After choosing the signature pizza Mimi, I was very disappointed with the quality of the bottom. The crust was still wet due to the amount of toppings and therefore not cooked well. When asked how I liked the pizza, I told the waitress I didn't...like it, her only response was: would you like to have a dessert? ...
