A Cantina Comptoir Corse - Bordeaux

The bass room for tapas and parties, the top for the restaurant. Nice atmosphere and good music! We took the pork, delicious. Very good wine card too. Only one star misses for the fact that it was a little too hot at the top, but otherwise it is a very good Corsican address in the central city of Bordeaux

Come with friends to have a drink around some tapas and nothing to say except that it was perfect. the menu, the atmosphere, the service, the wine recommendations, the kindness of the staff, the couch area where we were installed, a faultless one.

We came on Saturday noon for lunch. The kitchen is of quality, and the succulent dishes! the wines that were offered to us were also perfect! Then why is that low grade? simply because we were welcomed and installed in a courteous way but once installed ... finally 5 to 10 minutes later, we were told that the kitchens were closing and that we had to order quickly: what we did in ordering each a hot dish. less than 2 minutes after we placed our order, we asked our waiter to also plan a board of Corsican cheeses on the map,) not it was possible, we insisted that the board could arrive with our dishes and that it was not an impossible problem, I asked him to go see the kitchens but not the trouble because they would have refused. We fully understand that there are times for the kitchen, but in this case, please warn your customers before installing them and putting them in front of the accomplished fact! It is really a shame to spoil a moment of pleasure and conviviality in a beautiful establishment like yours! I admit that it cooled us well while we were so happy to spend a moment in your Corsican establishment. Other advice: be more generous on the bread basket, it avoids waiting for the server to be available to ask again.

Nice place, map with few choices and I got debited twice from a mystery amount. disappointed with my experience in this restaurant.
