Next level, extremely precise food... and dirt cheap considering the skill level of the chef. Pay attention to what you're eating and you'll be rewarded with beautiful subtleties. Also, pay attention to the house drinks, they're just as carefully crafted as the food.

The terrace, covered with plastic glass, traps heat, making it uncomfortably warm. Service also has room for improvement; while the staff is charming, it seems they may be new or still learning. More communication about the menu and additional support would elevate the dining experience. Despite these areas for improvement, Ngari stands as a decent option for a quick lunch—clean, affordable, and with a friendly atmosphere.

I was disappointed. I had tuna tartare. It wasn't tartare. It was medium cubed marinated tuna. A little vinegary. I had the smoked grilled fish. Did not taste smoky or grilled. Tasted a little off. I did not eat much of it. Half of the dessert menu was unavailable. A lovely atmosphere and kind of staff. 3 is generous, though.

Imaginative, creative, delicious food presented in a lovely way! Whether vegetarian or not, lots of scrumptious options.

Perfect night in Boquete to treat myself! Following the recommendation of the well trained team I had a perfectly cooked tuna steak and a creamy dragon fruit ice cream for dessert. I‘m afraid I have missed the starters as both main dish and dessert have been perfect a reason to come back. Also highly recommend the Ngädri Cocktail to start the evening.
