Bidra med feedbackI ordered and paid for dinner through the McDonald's app at the Booval store, only to arrive and find that they were closed. There was no mention of this on the app when it processed my payment. When I asked the staff how to get a refund, the employee informed me that she didn't know how to use the app and was not the manager. I was instructed to contact head office for a refund by filling out a form on their website and was told to expect a response within 2 workdays. In this day and age, it is not satisfactory to have to go through such a process. The app should have been updated to reflect that the store was closed for dine-in orders.
He is in the view that I must serve myself. takes me age groups. I couldn't find what I wanted. asked the counter-personal whether they still broncos burger. yes (friendly.) I was back to bord, could not find it yet. the worker observed my frustration and came over to look for me. she couldn't find. how about you come to the counter so that I can place the order for you that she has suggested on a super friendly way. (kudos to dir caitlin! booval)
Burger with diamant art points (plastic.) hid very well between melted cheese and fleshpatty. management is not interested in my complaint. management must be fired asap!
From the minute we went, it was a bad experience! the tables were covered in müll and there were no signs or menus. it is all self service now, they discourage them to come to the counter to order! there was a lack of communication from the personal, no one was over the front counter and the customers were waiting for the old. you could say that the personal struggled among themselves. burgers were made and ready, but sitting for a long time. there seemed to be no teamwork to order and no hurry from the staff, only management, try to sort order. a real one! no complain about eating, like all mcdonalds, but the experience was very disappointing.
I had a bronkos burger and i was so sick. i had nothing before ordering it. the young guy bought it out and i must say he wass THEE place.. great manners. sorry about the shirt food... i was hungry and needed to go. it...was terrible.
