Bidra med feedbackI just left after standing at the counter for approximately 15 minutes waiting to place my order. A couple of employees saw me waiting but continued walking from station to station. The employees seemed to be more concerned with drive-thru. Now that I've wasted nearly half of my lunch break I had to go eat elsewhere.
Younger man 20-30?s with tattoos was extremely rude from the get go while taking my order. So disappointed nothing wrong with the food only the customer service just because you’ve had other rude customers before hand maybe it shouldn’t set your mood for the next ones
The food has always been fresh when we have gone. Customer service not always the best.
I was disappointed to realize that there is no longer indoor dining available
I went through the drive through lady at the window Amy asked what I wanted I said just a second she then says thinking I couldn 't hear her but her headset was still on she said what does this lady want! then proceeds to say 'oh just kidding because she then realized I could hear her I then said yeah that was real nice of you and she then said what could I get you I again said give me just a minute.
