Arby's - Boonville

I took my family here and ordered 3 Smokehouse Brisket dinners. When we received our food, the sandwiches were ice cold. My wife had to go back up to the counter and was going to ask them to microwave the sandwiches for her. Keep in mind, (it was a $50 dinner). After being ignored for an extended period of time, I walked up and asked for service. I had to ask twice! The cook became very outraged, and things escalated very quickly. It became a very hostile and unsafe situation. I would highly recommend that everyone stay as far from this restaurant as possible. It is not worth it! Just go to Wendy 's or Hardee 's. The only positive part of this experience was a full refund. If for any reason you are forced to eat at this restaurant, I would set your expectations extremely low.

Slow, but friendly service. Some of the order was hot, and the curly fries were terrible.

The super roast beefs I had were thrown together and very sloppy! My wife's wagyu Burger tasted like it it just came off the floor. Not a true representation of wagyu beef at all. In the past we have eaten at this Arby's a lot. This was the biggest disappointment! We will not eat at that particular Arby's again! Would not recommend it to family or friends!

Good food prepared in a clean kitchen. Delivered to customers in a timely manner by pleasant employees.

The girls are awesome, always hustling to get orders out.
