Good food but service is well below par. They did not have napkins for all of us , we had to ask for plates while the food got cold

Casa Rustica has never disappointed! The quality of the food is top notch, and you can't have top notch food without great ingredients and an awesome kitchen staff! They got it! And Christine up front is the glue of that side of operations, she is truly appreciative of every customer. And with their wait staff, always on top! Courteous and prompt! Worth any wait, and Casa Rustica is always in our mountain plans!

Service, bread and food hit the spot. French onion soup and lasagna with meat sauce was perfection. Custom made pasta dish with Cajun cream sauce was delightful. Overall a staple and delicious place in Boone. Kid-friendliness: Had our 1 year old with us, they were very accommodating and understanding.

Casa Rustica was an outstanding choice. It was my husband birthday. We simple enjoyed the ambience, the excellent service, welcoming and super friend staff. The food was delicious and authentic Italian. He had linguine with white clam sauce and I had Chicken picatta, the taste of the food was saborosíssimo! Our waitress was very professional and sweet, always checking on our table to see if we need anything. It was our first time, we recommend it and we will definitely be back. Be sure to make your reservation to guarantee your table.

Best thing here was young lady serving drinks and the dessert we bought shrimp scampi it was disgusting and chicken Florentino no good save your money make it home this place needs some chefs not young kids making food if a chef came in and ate he would tell you no fff good
