The managers need to know their closing cashier is just there to collect a free paycheck. I walked in at 4:53, 7 minutes prior to closing today, and the cashier says “we’re closed.” I reminded her their posted closing time is 5, which it wasn’t. She changes her tune and said she was busy (while sitting there on her phone in an empty room with me being the only customer). Who knows how long she was “busy” before that. Time to find a better cashier!
My husband and I absolutely love coming here. Great customer service every time. Delicious customizable smoothies at affordable prices. We love getting the Island Berry and and the Pink Starburst. If you’re lucky, you’ll get here with no line. Sometimes though there is a very long wait and only one or two people working. Try and be patient though, they are trying the best they can to get through everyone quickly and efficiently!
Unfortunately I experienced some of the worst customer service I have ever seen in my life from this establishment. Worse yet that treatment came directly from the store owner. I ordered a drink today that was completely undrinkable. I tried several times to choke it down but just couldn 't do it. I even had my wife and daughter tried and they thought the same thing as well. When I politely asked if I could swap the drink out for something different. I was told, No, you ordered it so too bad. The owner then went on to try and explain to me over several minutes how ingredients are expensive so they cannot make any drinks swap outs. So rather than making a client happy, she chose to explain to me how her P&L would be affected. If you like supporting local establishments that choose to put customer satisfaction at the very bottom of their list this is the spot for you!
Super fast service, the staff was very kind and patient while deciding what to get, and the smoothies are amazing.
